• Over-Seeding: We can perform over-seeding services following aeration in order to ensure a healthy and full lawn.
   

• Fertilizing / PH Balancing:  We will fertilize your lawn as requested to keep it looking lush, healthy, and full of color.
   

• Weed Care & Control:  As part of our landscaping maintenance services, we will help minimize and control weeds. Lawn treatments are available as well as specific caring of your landscaping by hand weeding and applying weed control treatments to your flower and plant beds as needed or upon request.
   

• Mulching / Pine Needles:  These servcies include the delivery and spreading (if desired) of your choice of pine needles and / or a variety of different types of mulch.  Applications can be made in and around your beds, trees, landscapes, or any other  areas as needed for an increase in property aesthetics, weed control, and reduced water consumption. 
   

• Grading / Gravel / Fill Dirt / Top Soil / Soil Amendments:  Grading / leveling parcells for new projects.  We are also happy to haul and / or spread gravels or soil in the necessary conditions.
   

• Trimming and Pruning:  With this service, we will trim and prune trees, shrubs, plants, and ornamental grasses to ensure proper plant health; meanwhile, shaping to for increased curb appeal.
   

• Irrigation Installation / Maintenance:  Upon request we will install and / or inspect your irrigation system(s) to ensure proper coverage and functionality.
   

• Leaf Removal:  We will remove fallen leaves from both your landscaping beds and turf / lawn areas.
   

• Preparation of Annual Beds: This service prepares beds for planting by cultivating the soil and adding necessary amendments to the soil to help with the annuals growth.
   

• Spring and Fall 'Annual' Planting:  Arrangments of annual flowers and plants can be planted throughout your landscape to provide color and design in any season. Please note that the lifespan of these plants are temporary and are typically used for variety and bursts of color. If you're looking for a more permananet solution consider planting perennials instead of annuals, as perennials bloom year after year.
   

• Removal of Annuals:  This landscaping maintenance service includes removing any dead annuals after the growing season has ended.
   

• Pressure Washing:  Weather you are putting your home on the market or just want to increase the longevity of your investment, pressure washing can be a quick and easy way to keep your home, driveway, boats, RV's, etc... in tip top shape.
